Do My Roam Custom Insoles Have a Warranty?
Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. Our insoles have a lifetime warranty on the shell and a six month warranty on the top cover. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
What if My Roam Custom Insoles Feel Off?
These are made specifically to your feet and may take 2-3 weeks to get used to the feeling of wearing your custom insoles. Sometimes it takes some adjusting to get it exactly right. Thats why we offer free adjustments inside of the first 90 days on our insoles and we will redo them so they fit you perfectly. We want you and your feet to be happy and this is how we can make sure that happens.
How Do I Start a Warranty Claim?
If you have an issue with your insoles within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to discuss your options and provide you with a replacement pair if necessary.

Return Policy
We're committed to providing you with the best possible experience. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your custom insoles, we accept returns within 90 days of receiving your order. Just contact our team using one of the methods below, package up your insoles and ship them back.
Once we receive your returned insoles, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Carbon Graphite Shell
If the inner carbon graphite shell is cracked under normal usage we will replace your insoles, free of charge.
Fabric & Padding
Wear & tear of the various fabric and padding materials is normal after prolonged usage and is not covered by the product warranty after 6 months.
