Place foam box on the ground and hold onto a chair for support.

Stand with one foot on the floor next to the box.

Step heel first into the foam until you feel the bottom of the box.

Shift your weight forward to press your toes into the foam.

Instruction-(5).png

Once your foot is pressed to the bottom of the foam, gently lift your foot out.

Seal your box in the pre-labeled bag and drop off at FedEx. We’ll handle the rest!
